(c) Transportation services
(d) To be ensure site located within
Institution Zone.
(e) To be avoid noisy area.
3. Case study of the project :-
The case study to be carried out of the concept of Mr L E Corbusier. The details is shown in below picture :-

The following details to be carried out :-
(a) Built-up area 60%
(b) Remaining 40% Open Space (Parking
Area, Temperature Structure,)
(c) OSR (Open Space Ratio) 10% of the
total Site.
(d) Set back (Depend of the Height of the
building)
(e) Frontage to be maintenance as per
CMDA.
(f) Building Height as per CMDA.
(g) No of the Toilet, Parking, Furniture and Room Ratios as per TSS.
